Club has started informally, with introductory tea program at Chusyabahal, by group of nine friends committed to leave some remarkable works to the society in 2006 AD. Mr. Shailendra Man Bajracharya has served as first president among the founders. In everybody's aspiration to develop new leadership Mr. Biplav Bajracharya, a representative from young generation, was brought as a president with entirely young team. Again in the course of reshuffling Mr. Sujan Bajracharya, one of the founding member, succeeded him to address the need of that time. Immediate past president Sujan Bajracharya left the post to Mr. Jyoti Bajracharya, another active and persistent founding member of the club. Under the leadership of current president Jyoti , club is running formally as a legally registered non government, non-profit social organization. Club, however, had reached different milestones under the other mentioned respective President's tenure too.
Bajracharya Club's 1st Annual General Meeting for Fiscal Year 2073/2074 was conducted on Asoj 28, 2074 at Dharahara Foodland Cafe, Sundhara, KTM. The program was inaugurated by Founder President Mr. Shailendra Man Bajracharya. The Club's Annual Activities Report of Fiscal Year was announced by General Secretary Dr. Manish Ratna Bajracharya and Annual Financial Report was announced by Treasurer Mrs. Aakasha Bajracharya. Both reports were passed in meeting. During meeting encouraging speeches were delivered by Founder President Shailendra Man Bajracharya, Former President Biplab Bajracharya, Immediate Past President Sujan Bajracharya and Current President Jyoti Bajracharya.
Club's 2nd Annual General Meeting for Fiscal Year 2074/2075 was conducted on Magh 5th, 2075 at Dhawarika Chhen (World Heritage Hotel), Pyafal, Kathmandu. The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Charya Guru Mr. Prajwol Bajracharya and Chaired by Jyoti Bajracharya. The Club's Annual Activities Report was announced by General Secretary Dr. Manish Ratna Bajracharya and Annual Financial Report was announced by Joint Treasurer Ms. Shristi Bajracharya. Both reports were passed in meeting. During meeting Founder President Shailendra, past President Biplab, Immediate Past President Sujan all wished for the successful year ahead.
